How to measure correctly?

1. Chest Measurement

  • Preparation: Stand straight, ideally without outerwear or in light underwear.
  • How to measure: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal. Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight.
  • Tip: Make sure the measurement is even and the tape is not skewed.

2. Waist Measurement

  • Preparation: Stand straight, relax, and do not suck in your stomach.
  • How to measure: Find the narrowest point on your waist (usually just above the belly button). Wrap the tape around your waist without squeezing too tightly.
  • Tip: The tape should sit comfortably against your body without pressing into the skin.

3. Hip Measurement

  • Preparation: Stand straight with your legs together.
  • How to measure: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. As with previous measurements, the tape should be level and not press into the body.
  • Tip: Make sure the tape is at the same level on both hips and parallel to the floor.

4. Foot Measurement

  • Preparation: Stand barefoot on a flat surface, like a sheet of paper.
  • How to measure: Trace the outline of your foot with a pencil. Measure the length from the heel to the tip of your longest toe. For accuracy, repeat this for both feet, as sizes may differ.
  • Tip: Foot measurements are best taken in the evening when the foot may be slightly larger.
