1.1. Delivery of goods purchased in the Online Store is carried out to the warehouses of transport companies, where the orders are issued. Courier delivery to the address specified by the Customer during checkout is also possible, in accordance with the terms and tariffs of the selected transport company.
1.2. Goods of different brands may be stored in different warehouses. In such a case, the order may be divided into several separate parcels with corresponding tracking numbers and delivery terms for each of them. The relevant information is displayed in the shopping cart during checkout.
1.3. Along with the order, the Customer is provided with documents in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. An electronic version of the fiscal receipt and/or payment confirmation, as well as order information, are sent to the email address specified by the Customer during checkout.
1.4. For the organization of delivery, the Online Store transfers the following Customer’s personal data to logistics partners (in particular, "Nova Poshta" and "Mist Express"): full name, phone number, delivery address or branch number. These data are used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling delivery according to the order and are processed in accordance with the legislation on personal data protection and GDPR.
1.5. Delivery payment is made by the Customer according to the tariffs of the selected transport company upon receipt of the goods or in the manner determined by the carrier. For deliveries to Europe via "Mist Express", the delivery cost is paid on the website during checkout.
1.6. Delivery terms and conditions:
Within Ukraine (Nova Poshta): the delivery period is indicated on the product page in the section "Delivery and Returns". Cost — according to the current tariffs of the carrier.
To Europe (Mist Express): up to 10 working days are added to the delivery time within Ukraine. The cost is determined by the carrier’s price list, depending on the dimensions and the country of destination.
1.7. Promotional offers. The Online Store may provide marketing or promotional offers regarding delivery (for example, free delivery within Ukraine for orders over UAH 5000). The conditions of such promotions are indicated on the website and may be changed without prior notice.
1.8. Choice of delivery city. During checkout on the website, the Customer independently selects the delivery city, the preferred method of receipt (delivery to the branch or by courier), and the specific branch or address.
