ISO 27001 is a voluntary certification that requires organizations to use a risk-based approach before they manage confidential data.
General Data Protection Regulation; GDPR; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — a regulation within the legislation of the European Union, regarding the protection of personal data of all persons within the European Union and the European Economic Area. It also concerns the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA. GDPR was created to give EU citizens and residents control over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying regulation within the EU. GDPR is aimed at protecting the personal data of EU citizens, and compliance with GDPR is mandatory for most organizations operating in Europe or with EU citizens.

3. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This Privacy Notice (hereinafter — Notice) describes our rules and procedures for collecting, using, disclosing, and distributing your personal information or personal data when you use the website of the company ELIO. By using the Website and filling out forms on the Website, you unconditionally agree to all provisions of this Privacy Notice.
