Key provisions:

Payment on the website
Payment is made online in cashless form through the website.
Delivery is paid by the Buyer according to the carrier’s tariffs, in the absence of promotional offers.

Cash on delivery (Nova Poshta)
Available for goods up to UAH 15,000 per item.
Mandatory prepayment — UAH 300 for each brand in the cart (via WayForPay).
The prepayment is a deposit.
If the Buyer does not collect the parcel and does not pay for delivery and return, the prepayment is non-refundable.
Promotional offers for free delivery do not apply to cash-on-delivery orders.

Refunds:

- In case of full cancellation of the order — funds are refunded automatically.
- In case of partial unavailability of items in the order — funds are refunded only for unavailable items or in full at the buyer’s request.

Product return: steps

- Check the possibility of return.
- Returns are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- The product must be unused, in complete set, and with original tags/packaging.
- Goods listed in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, as well as goods made to individual order, are not subject to return or exchange.

Wait for confirmation from the manager.
Do not send the goods before receiving confirmation.
Shipping details are provided after confirmation of the request.

- Send the goods via a carrier.
- Return shipping is at the Buyer’s expense.
- Product inspection and refund.

After the brand receives and inspects the goods, funds are refunded within 1–3 business days.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order or to an account at the buyer’s request.

1. Payment and Payment Procedure

1.1. The Customer has the right to place an order for any product presented on the Website of the Online Store and available in stock.
1.2. Each item may be included in the order in any quantity.
1.3. If one or more items are out of stock, the Company Manager must inform the Customer via Telegram messenger or email.
If the Customer responds in Telegram within 24 hours, all details regarding replacement, partial shipment, or order cancellation are agreed upon in the chat.

If there is no response within 24 hours, the Manager sends an informational email.

1.4. In case of complete order cancellation, the funds are automatically refunded to the Customer.
1.5. If some items are unavailable, an email is sent with a list of missing products. The Customer is refunded only for the unavailable items. Shipment of the remaining order is made after the Customer confirms it.
1.6. If an item is unavailable, the Customer has the right to:

receive a full refund;

refuse the unavailable item;

cancel the entire order.

1.7. Payment for goods is made by the Customer online via the Online Store. Payment for delivery services of the transport company is made by the Customer according to the carrier’s tariffs upon receiving the goods.
1.8. If payment is not received, the Online Store reserves the right to cancel the order.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
The Customer may choose the “Cash on Delivery” payment method when the order is delivered via Nova Poshta.
2.1. Prepayment (Deposit)
To confirm the order, the Customer pays 300 UAH for each brand present in the cart.
Payment is made online through the WayForPay payment system.
2.2. Product Price Limit
Cash on Delivery is available only for items where the price of a single unit does not exceed 15,000 UAH.
2.3. Purpose of the Prepayment
The prepayment serves as a deposit that covers the Seller’s logistics expenses if the Customer fails to pick up the parcel.
2.4. Prepayment Refund Policy
If all items are in stock — the prepayment is counted toward the total order amount.
In case of partial availability:
the prepayment is refunded only for those brands whose items are unavailable;
for brands whose items are available, the prepayment is applied toward those items.
If the order is fully canceled or all items are unavailable — the prepayment is refunded in full.
If the Customer does not pick up the parcel:
if the Customer did not pay for shipping and return — the prepayment is not refunded;
if the Customer paid for shipping and return, the prepayment is refunded after the brand receives the returned items, within 1–3 business days.
2.5. Payment of the Remaining Amount
The Customer pays the remaining amount at the Nova Poshta branch upon receiving the parcel.
2.6. Free Shipping
Free shipping for orders from 5,000 UAH does not apply to Cash on Delivery orders.

3. Return of Goods of Proper Quality

3.1. The Customer may return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods were not used, and their commercial appearance, original packaging, and documents are preserved (according to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”).
Goods of proper quality are those that fully match the seller’s description.
Non-returnable items include products listed in Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (19.03.1994), such as: underwear;
swimwear;
socks, stockings, tights, and other hosiery products;
gloves;
jewelry and costume jewelry;
items that come into direct contact with the body and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;
items with damaged packaging or broken protective seals;
items made by individual/custom tailoring or produced as a personalized order.

Only unused goods purchased from the Seller are eligible for return. Items made according to individual measurements or personal specifications are not subject to return or exchange (Art. 13, Part 5 of the Law “On Consumer Protection”).

3.2. Return shipping is paid by the Customer unless otherwise required by law or agreed individually.

3.3. After the brand confirms receipt of the returned goods, the Seller refunds the Customer within 7 business days, excluding shipping costs unless previously paid by the Customer.

3.4. During the return process, the Seller may process the Customer’s personal data (name, contact information, bank details) solely for fulfilling obligations related to refunds. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” and GDPR.
