Today, we increasingly rarely choose clothes based solely on the formality of the event. The focus shifts to an internal question: what state do I want to be in? Do I need composure and concentration, softness and openness, or perhaps permission to play?
Clothing is not just a visual shell. It is a tool for regulating attention, bodily sensations, and even behavior. It can be distracting if the silhouette or details constantly require control. Or it can create a sense of support when the lines, fit, and texture work toward inner stability.
