Eastern aesthetics are making a comeback in global and local fashion, and it's not just about clothes, but also about the broader cultural context. The philosophy of calmness, tea ceremonies, rituals of slowing down, and living in the “here and now” are reflected in silhouettes, fabrics, and details.

Fashion collections increasingly feature elements inspired by Japan, China, and Korea: asymmetrical cuts, fastenings, kimonos, and wide sleeves. These are complemented by accessories such as fans, tasseled jewelry, stones, and pearls. The color palette ranges from rich fiery and orange tones to muted beige, olive, and khaki.
These items create layered looks that combine practicality and expressiveness and remain relevant for more than one season.
Today, as a personal stylist, I have selected five items from Ukrainian brands that best reflect Asian motifs in a modern interpretation:

A lace kimono — the material itself is very self-sufficient, and the unusual cut and sleeves will do their job, making it impossible to go unnoticed.

A fringed bag as an accent in the look is dynamic and bright. I would recommend choosing something more restrained and basic, and focusing all the attention on this little bag.

A linen dress is perfect for everyday wear, but it will also attract a lot of attention thanks to its interesting cut with exposed elements.

Accessories are a space for experimentation. And this transformer necklace is perfect for that: it can be worn classically around the neck, styled as a decoration on a bag, or worn on the wrist as a bracelet. Its color is calm and restrained, like silence in the best traditions of Asia.

A bright red top will be a striking accent in everyday looks — simple in form and bold in mood.
